Training

Monthly Friday Evening Sessions (Ipswich High School, Woolverstone, Ipswich)
Disciplines – Swim, Bike, Run, Transition 

All athletes are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Sessions will start at 5pm promptly and athletes will be required to been warmed up and ready to start. Details of kits required is clearly shown in the calendar for each session.

Open water swim training (Trifarm, Boreham)
Disciplines – Open water swimming, Transition (T1), Running

Athletes should meet at the muster area by the entry to the lake 5 minutes before the session start time. All equipment required for the session should also be brought to the muster area. Athletes should be changed ready to swim with wetsuits on up to waist. Details of kits required is clearly shown in the calendar for each session.

Cycle training on closed road (Carver Barracks)
Disciplines – Cycling, Transition (T2), Running

Athletes should meet opposite the second entrance gate for Carver Barracks. The gate will open 15 minutes prior to the session and will be locked during the session. Athletes should be in kit with bikes ready to go at the session start time. Details of kits required is clearly shown in the calendar for each session.

Cycle training on closed road circuit (Colchester)
Disciplines – Cycling 

All athletes are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Athletes should be in kit with bikes ready to go at the session start time. Details of kits required is clearly shown in the calendar for each session.

PLEASE NOTE
All sessions will start promptly at the time stated in the calendar. Please ensure you arrive in time to be warmed up and fully ready for the start of the session. Continual late attendance to session is not acceptable and is disrespect to both coaches and fellow team mates. Athletes who are continually late or not prepared for sessions with the right kit may be excluded from future sessions.
